Tues: 12:30pm-7:00pm

Wed-Thurs: 10:00am- 6:00pm 
Fri: 10:00am-5:00pm

Sat: 10:00am-4:00pm

Sunday - CLOSED

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANCEL. LATE AND POLICY ? 

Cancellation, Late, and NO-SHOW POLICY ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule your appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee will be imposed for a “no-show. 

DO I BRING ANYTHING ?

Yes, Please bring a mask and when filling out paper work before service appointment it will ask to provide your ID # (Drivers License or State ID) . This is due to dispute and fraud charges and will be kept on file. 

Clients and future clients must complete paper work of your medical history and policy form before appointment.

 

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE ?

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to be seen.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM 10 MINUTES ? 

IF 10 MINUTES LATE, IS A MANDATORY RESCHEDULE. (Allowed 10 minute grace period) If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of service. CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT 24 HRS IN ADVANCED IS REQUIRED!

 

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT FEE ? 

All services require a $53.12 non refundable deposit fee

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM SICK OR FAMILY EMERGENCY ? 

 If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty.

 

HOW MANY RESCHEDULE AM I ALLOWED ? 

You are allowed 1 reschedule with no penalty if called in within 24hrs ahead of time. Reschedule after will be a penalty charge of $50. 

 

ARE MY PACKAGES REFUNDABLE ? 

All packages purchased are non refundable, will be allowed to use services at a later date.  No Call-No Show will be charged the full amount and will be automatically taken off the schedule. If you want to be back on our schedule, you will have to pay the full amount of services. 

 

CAN YOU BRING YOUR KIDS OR EXTRA GUEST ?

No kids or extra will be allowed.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN PURCHASING A GARMENT ? 

 Purchasing a compression garment   (Faja) is Exchange only Policy, or credit on services. 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of your purchase date for an exchange or service credit . Your item (faja) must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. 

 

WHAT ARE SHIPPING POLICIES ?

Once payment is made for a faja purchase, it may take 1-3 days before item is shipped. Once it is shipped, you will be notified your faja will arrive. (Via email & text) It may take 3-5 days after it’s shipped to arrive at our location. Our fajas are only available for pick ups at our store.

 

HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO USE MY PACKAGE ?

*ANY PACKAGES PURCHASED MUST BE UTILIZED BEFORE ON OR BEFORE 30 DAYS*

Body Contouring Services: If client is on her menstrual cycle we recommend not to get this service. 

 

Post Op Clients: Please be advised if you’re on menstrual cycle, you can still receive your treatment. You can cancel your appointment depending if you’re up to it.  All of our terms and conditions still apply when canceling your appointment times.
